headlight cut off help
a few months back i removed my headlights to clear up the oxidation but i havent gotten them to looking 100% fresh. the headlights has sandpaper marks still and was going to redo it.
i couldnt remember if the cutoff of my headlight was sharper before, but i cant see any cutoof AT ALL. im hoping its because of the scratches on the headlights.
if there is also other possibilities that bulbs might not be seated properly or something being shifted that would be helpful also.
lastly to raise the beam lower or higher, which way do i need to turn the knob?
thanks

The headlight would be terribly scratched to not see the cut off at all. Park in front of a wall approximately 20 feet away and check your headlights. See the below thread about adjustments.
