My driver side hid is blinking when i turn them on (no buzzing noise yet) also my drl lights are on at the same time

When i turn high beam on, then noise coming from driver side fuse box area, i cannot tell from where.. Help please. Is it the relay? Is it bcuz my hid is dying? (assumption bcuz hid is blinking) ?? (only driver)

So where is the relay? Or fuseI car hasnt seen any water so i cannot tell i got water around. Help pls?

 

i found out that fuse was blown (driver side fuse box, left headlight fuse), i changed it and it blew again...
I dunno :/

 

You might want to check the OEM wires / plugs...

That buzzing noise can be a positive and negative current touching each other from a expose or damage wire from the ballast.
