Hey guys, I have had this issue for a few years now, and with it getting colder I find it rather annoying once again. A few things I have already done is replaced the thermostat and also drained and replaced the radiator fluid. The problem still persists, the vehicle only has 64k miles. Keep in mind this happened before it even hit 50k. I drive the car hard during summer with autocross and a few track days. But I do not know how to remedy this problem and have found nothing relevant to my searches for the s2000 and this problem.

 

Sounds like you have air trapped in the cooling system, these cars are not easy to bleed but not extremely hard either. I would start there, good luck.

 

I also beleive you have air trapped in the system...I suggest getting a lisle spill free funnel through Amazon and bleeding the coolant system again

 

That funnel makes bleeding the system easy - great to have for the job.
