Flipping through the Helm Service manual I notice the list of Special Tools with part # required on the 2nd page of each chapter.

For example, chapter 12-2 lists the special tools with #'s needed for clutch replacement/inspection/installation. Going to 12-7 it lists the specific tools with #'s needed for that section.

My question is:

Are the Tool #'s the in the Helm Service manual the Honda Part # for the tool and can be ordered from one of the S2ki.com sponsors like HandA-Accessories.com, or are the Tool #'s listed in each chapter a general tool # that all tool manufacturers go by and I could get that tool from any tool manufacturer?

 

I would have to assume it is the Honda part number since it is the official Honda service manual.
