Help!! car is making a knocking noise :(

Hi guys, Only started hearing this knocking noise the other day, Has anyone else had this issue and could tell me what it could be

I'd start with the simple - check all your heat shields and make sure none are loose.

Sounds like it could be a TCT. I hear an occasional "baseball card in spokes" rattle there. Towards the end it just sounds like something is rattling loose.
