I got a defrost switch for the 00 s2k but it turns out to be 6 pins while my cars plug is 5 pin. Does anybody have a re-wiring diagram? Or knows which wires from the 6 wires switch to connect to the 5 wires.

It's the defrost switch next to the h/l washer.

6 wires which came with the defroster, the seller just cut them loose from the sub-harness.


this is the actual plug which came with my car, as you can see it has 5 wires.


Note that matching up colours doesn't do the trick, that simply give me a confirmation light as seen below.
