Have you checked for voltage back at the pump when you initially turn key to on to energize it?

Are there any differences in the FC22 and FC20 crank /cam angle sensor triggers?

fuse 46 in main fuse box under hood, fuse 2 and 21 in under dash, PGM-FI relay and associated wiring control fuel pump. fuse 2 energizes PGM-FI to energize fuel pump while key is in ON position (not cranked) check fuse, voltage at pin 5 with relay removed, then check for continuity from pin 4 (relay removed) to pin 5 (fuel pump) if voltage is at pin 5. also ck ground for relay (pin 3) and ground for fuel pump.
