Default Help! HVAC control fuse keeps blowing!

Ok so further to my other thread about cleaning out connectors, I now need more help. This is related to the same problem that the other thread ( https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=457220 ) was talking about, but even after trying everything, I'm still having the same problem. I actually completely removed the radiator fan and the fuse still blew. I think that devoting a separate thread to this would be beneficial rather than just cramming this other information in a thread titled "cleaning connectors..."

I really need some help in figuring this out... To start off, In terms of wiring difference from a stock S2000 I have the AEM EMS 1052U, Modifry Coolant temp fix (which shouldn't matter in this case, but just mentioning it), a car alarm (again this shouldn't matter, but these three things are all wired pretty close to each other so just saying it for consideration) and the visteon radiator which came with the Spal fan. None of these mods were recently added. I have had the EMS and the modifry thing for pretty much a year now, I have had the car alarm for about that long and I have had the radiator with the fan since about late September, October.

I want to say that I don't have a short with the wiring somewhere becuase first of all everything had been running perfectly fine until about 2 weeks ago. And second of all, I don't lose the HVAC controls immediately after turning the key. I'll lose it anywhere between 2-4 minutes after starting the car. The time isn't a properly calculated time, it is just what I have noticed and made a rough estimation on.

Please let me know if I need to clarify anything or give some more information. I would really appreciate any input and advice on this matter. Thanks in advance.
