This maybe a valve timing issue. Since so much was taken off the head surface --- the timing chain may now be the wrong length and unable to keep valves in correct timing, with respects to the pistons.

This could be an issue however I think it's unlikely to be the main issue here. Wouldn't he be have issues all the time then instead of having it come and go?

Sounds to me like there could be some kind of electrical issue, loose contact somewhere etc.

I was thinking that since the heads were over-milled, the timing chain is no longer under proper tension at all RPMs. During acceleration/deceleration moments. So the valve timing in "hunting around." Could be potentially damaging.

The fuel pump and filter have been replaced and injectors cleaned. I am going to pull them and clean again. The fuel tank is clear of rust and debris. The timing chain is brand new and the TCT has been replaced with a manual type. The only consistent issue is the mis-fire at the top RPMs. The bottom end bogging has improved with the higher octane as well.

The TCT should keep it under tension anyway. Milling shouldn't effect slack on the chain if the TCT is doing its job.

Surprisingly, no. I expected it, but it never happened. Turn 10 at Hallett is where you would see the fuel starvation issue but I was keeping the RPMs low through the exit of that corner.

Ballade heavy duty TCT. My apologies for the confusion. I'm working around motorcycles all day and tend to get my wires crossed.

I sent my injectors off to Deatschwerks for cleaning and they came back fine with no need for cleaning. This is frustrating, but I will reinstall them and run the race fuel out of the car. Then I'll run the car to see if there are any improvements.
