Default Help, intermitten hissing sounds.

I got my car back from idiots at Lynnwood Honda after it was in their shop for valve repair for a month I finally got my car back and there are splatter of coolant everywhere in engine compartment and my engine is hissing, there is no steam or any drippings. I don't want Lynnwood Honda to touch my car Does anyone know what could be making that noise?

Well, this morning when I started my car check engine light came on and stayed on. Also, I traced hissing sound to thing that is screwed on to side of the air box. I think it's vacuum thing for emission, but, that thing never made any noise before Experts, any inputs?

You've got a leak in one of those hoses. This would cause the CEL to come on. They either didn't connect it tightly enough or they have damaged the tubing or they damaged the little cylindar that the hoses tie into. Go back and raise stink.
I can't see how work on the valves would involve the coolant unless they removed the intake manifold. I wonder if some dummy opened the rad cap when the car was hot. "Gee, I wonder what's under this cap?"

Maybe the valve was installed backwards? Did you try switching the hose lines around?

This has happened before on some other installs I have heard about.

As guessed, a couple of vacuum lines were reversed. You'd think the dealer 'service technicians' would consult the Helm manual or something.

Maybe they don't eat enough tacos...
