help! just replaced brake pads...
ok, just a brief description... I replace the pads w/ oem pads, followed the instructions on the how to pg from the FAQ, bleed the brakes.... but when i drove this morning i noticed that the brake light is still on.. (as if i still have my handbrake still up)... I dont know if it mattered, but after i was done with the job, the car was parked at an angle all night, so my handbrake was on all night, does that matter? Pls help!
The car runs fine, dont feel any major drag, but need to know what is causing this.. help!!

Low fluid is the most likely cause.

You can't see the float or in the reservoir on a S2k, it's behind the baffles in the reservoir. The switch in the reservoir have been known to go bad, but it's unlikely since this just started after replacing the pads.
Chances are pushing the pistons back in the calipers pushed fluid out of the master cylinder. Then when the pistons where pushed back towards the pads the fluid left is now low.

Ok guys, found the solution! i feel so stupid now! lol low fluid was the culprit... I thought the fluid was enough, but upon closer inspection, it was just a tad bit below the minimum line... To be honest, I didnt xpect the solution would be that easy, lol... Now i can say that the next time i do the brakes it would b a piece of cake... lol Thanks everyone for your help!

Glad to hear the solution was so simple.
Just to add another tidbit of information, a friend of mine had his reservoir float go bad. That meant that even when the level was correct, the float sank down and turned on the light. And no, it wasn't stuck.
