Default Help me diagnose this sound issue

I havent driven my03 s2k w/130000 miles for a while so today I took it out for a drive. I noticed this sound whenever I slow down from 20mph to 0mph I hear this "kla kla kla" sound, if let off the brake pedal the sound goes away. Could it be my axle nut? Because I hear this "clunk" whenever I take off slowly from a dead stop. The sound seems to be coming from the driver side rear. Also a while ago I replaced all the driver side rear suspension parts due an accident wth OEM used parts. Basically I replaced everything since the whole rear wheel was yanked off. axle, lower+upper control arm, spring/shock, caliper, bearing etc.... The sound is only noticeable when the top is up.

Another sound I hear is this "whining sound" I hear it through all gears with the top up. Its like a supercharger sound but not as loud. It gets louder as the speed goes higher.

Help me out here! Thanks a bunch
