Default Help me identify this plug on the Engine Harness

All,

I need some help. Please help me identify the plug/sensor shown below. I'm swapping my engine harness, and noticed that this sensor broke off (green part). I can't seem to find where it came from underneath all the intake manifold and mess of hoses. A quick naming of the sensor and a general description of the where it would be located would be much appreciated. Also, the other wire on the same branch with a metal clip (shown in the picture); am I correct in assuming it plugs into the starter?

It might be easier if you zoomed out a tad more to get an idea of the other plugs in that area. Like the 2nd pic but a little further away.

Can do. It's on the branch with the alternator and AC compressor if that helps.

I'll get the zoom out pic posted up in a minute.

First branch on to the left (upper left). On the diagram, it's the branch that heads down the driver tire. The three plugs at the end (next to the tire) are the alternator and AC compressor. Above that two plugs head different ways (under the intake manifold). Those are the ones I'm looking for.

Looks like the Knock sensor receptacle (tip) is still plugged into the wiring harness.

Thanks EagleDon. I checked and there's an empty round circle on the block with a hole in the middle. I'm assuming that's the lower half of the knock sensor. I love it when something cheap breaks (heavy sarcasm). Time to do research to find a cheap replacement and how to get it swapped.

Thanks again. Saved me some time trying to figure this out.

Yep, definitely the knock sensor. Very common for it to break.
