everything happen so fast so i am not too sure if I did let go the clutch all the way

i drove it around today and...
my throttle respone is really slow, my acceleration is really slow, and my car is OVER heating (i mean to the point where i saw the temperature go *FULL BAR*
so i let the car sit for an hour and drove back with normal temperature.
my car reacts really horrible with the heat in LA
my air conditioner only works sometimes depending on the outside temperature and my engine bay is like a fry pan
it was to the point where i was able to see heat waves when i left the hood open.

i feel like sh#t and hoping honda will be able to fix the problem under warranty

Maybe you had horseshoes up your butt and bibles under your seat cushion and nothing will come of this.

Get it towed, if you damage your car due to not having it properly taken care of right away it's your responsibility.

Honda doesn't normally fix engine damage caused by operator error (read: over-rev). Do you have knee pads?
Sorry for the joke at a time like this, but seriously, good luck. It's not looking very hopeful.

take the car in for a inspection.over reving will cause the retainers to crack(not always) and will let the valve loose then you'll have massive damage

Honda will know if you overrevved it, when they run a diagnostic on your ECU and see a 10k+ rpm journey.

Not true - there is no way for an over-rev to be captured by the ECU on either an AP1 or AP2.
