The item above the little green arrows someone put in the photo? I looked at may car and there's nothing I could see like that, hence the question.

Is the photo from under the car?

Hope you get it sorted out!

I put those arrows in to show where it looks like wires got burnt.

This is faulty reasoning. In fact, this symptom supports the problem being the alternator (or more accurately, the charging system in general).

It takes way more juice to start the car than to run the systems that keep it running. So if you have a battery that can't start the car, but can at least click the starter solenoid repeatedly, that battery probably has enough juice to keep the engine running for a short time. But with no charging system soon it will start running badly, in exactly the manner you described happen to your car.

You have classic symptoms of bad charging system, and weakened battery due to not getting charged.

Photo makes sense now that I got my flashlight working! (No part confusion.)

Wiring still looks non-OE though.

Thinking it was the alternator i just decided to do a quick clutch start and be on my way. The dash wasnt displaying anything afterwards, so I try to head back home to see what was wrong. A few miles down the road it starts rapidly backfiring and rpms dropping bad. I turn off the air conditioner and it worked again for a few more miles, before sounding like gunshots coming out of my car. Then it stalls and I'm stuck in the middle of the road, a clutch start wouldn't even work no more. After pushing it off the road, I open up the hood and see a large chunk of wires eaten off in the car. I need to know where they go so I can saunter them back, or replace the part.

heres the wires:

These wires are in front of the alternator.
I fixed it. It was a loose connection to the battery. I feel dumb af. Thanks to all for helping
