I'm a very new S2000 owner and, while I had the car up on a hoist checking things out, there is a leak above the rear left muffler. There's a rubber and metal round piece (facing backwards, I think it's a brake cylinder or bearing of sorts) about 8-10cm wide which seems to be leaking what appears to be brake fluid (might not be).
Can anyone tell me what this is called so I can chase up some prices for a fix.
Thanks.
Red fluid? That would be the differential mount. They are fluid filled. Just have it replaced.
This photo shows the mounts with the red tinged bolts towards the top.
