A TSB is not a recall. If you are out of warranty, the dealer will not fix it for you for free. What you can do is see if the dealer will goodwill the TSB (requires calling Honda of America or speaking with the Service Manager). There are numerous stories about people that have been successful with this, but usually in the case of replacement tops. What you can also do is check if Honda is willing to split the cost of the repair 50/50 or something like that.

I am too lazy to do any of this, so I live with it... Actually the reset fix worked for me for about two months. Now it randomly works/doesn't work.

Hope this helps

This is a common issue with AP1s. In fact there is a TSB for it. The driver's side auto-down switch malfunctions, and a newer part is the fix. I called the local dealer and they quoted me somewhere around $400 for the part alone...

A quick fix you can do is try to reset the window. With the ignition on, press down on the window so that it is in the down position. Hold it here for about 5-10 seconds until you hear a click. Now bring the window to the up position. Hold it there in the up position until you hear a click.

Usually the reset trick only works for a little bit. Hope this helps
I have also done that reset trick on several occasions over the past 2 or 3 years. Usually, it just works for a couple of weeks. However, the last reset was several months ago, and all is still o.k. Fingers crossed.
