Default Help reading my Delphi results

Here's my Delhpi readings, specifically long term and short term fuel trim readings. What exactly does it mean? What can I do to fix it? Anything else reporting off? Thanks guys!!

swap in an 02 or 03 ecu, that may help. The early AP1's ran rich and in 02 it was corrected. I am no expert but doing this may help

"STFT is the PCM's immediate response to the O2 sensor's signal. LTFT is a long-term adjustment made within the PCM so that the performance of the STFT will cause the O2 sensor to average between 400-500 mV. LTFT is designed to modify the base fuel calculation to compensate for wear and aging of the engine and other components that affect the air/fuel ratio." -Source: Computerized Engine controls 7th Edition. Author: Steve V. Hatch. 2006 Thompson Delmar Learning.

Basically, your PCM says your car is running rich at 909 rpm (idle). Not sure what is causing it to be rich. I would think that a leaking fuel pressure regulator would cause the LTFT to be very negative and would have set a DTC. Maybe you have a little bit of a leak in a few injectors? Either way, the PCM doesn't think it's a problem yet.

Just curious - what god-awful state goes to these lengths in emissions testing? seems absolutely ridiculous to see a car fail a test when the ECU is doing what it is supposed to do. Glad they repealed it here - maybe common sense can occasionally prevail.

I didn't even notice it was an emissions test! I also am glad we have no testing/inspection here in ND.
Another thing I missed the first time I looked at the report is, why is the pcm still pulling fuel if both of the O2 sensors are reading lean? At the very least, you would think that the STFT would be a little less negative. Maybe because it is at idle?
