Default Help with a smell?

Owner of an MY07. Has 3,000 w / 30% oil life. Currently, after driving car, the car is emitting a smell like the clutch is burning or oil is burning of some sort?
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. And no its not me regarding the smell. I have noticed that the car is slouching a bit.

no. Checked the oin, oil looks as before. Need to change it cause it has 30% life. It actually feels that the clutch is messed up somehow. But how can an 07 clutch be allready messed up? Im planning to take it to the dealer for inspection, but in the mean time just thought I post up here.

Check the clutch fluid level. Also you can run over something that will stick to the exhuast. look under the car for a melted plastic bag or something
Good luck

definately check your exhaust pipes for plastic bag or any sort of things.

i had a similar issues before. mine smelled like coolant burning (sweet smell) so i started to freak out cuz my car is new and it shouldnt be leaking any coolant and found out it was a plastic bag caught on exhaust pipe just burning away.

had a wierd smell for the first 4k miles. if you have the same thing, its known as 'burn in' smell. its all the rubber, plastic, etc., being broken in.

Idea: "slouching a bit"

MY07 w/ 3k Miles

Swing by the dealership you purchased it at. Let them have a look at it.

just a thought.

Thanks for the input. I will check the undercarriege tomorrow morning. Its the first time that it has a very definate smell that was not there before. I open the hood and it comes in right beside the intake manifold toward the bottom of the car.

But drop by the dealer just to make sure that nothing's wrong w/ the car.

You have a clutch delay valve. Did you do any hard starts or burnouts? You'll glaze the clutch that way.
