Yes!! as a matter of fact I did. I had a very hard start the other night while well, drinking a bit out of a party. After that the smell started coming out. I was at a light, and went a little hard on the start. What did I do? Glazed the clutch??

shit...what happened to the valve? its that's whats creating the burning smell? Im gonna do a search around the forum for clutch delay valve. sorry for my ignorance. I know the AP2 has one, but am unaware of the purpose.

The clutch delay valve will cause the clutch to slip and burn/glaze even though you aren't feathering the clutch necessarily.

I entered this thread not knowing what to expect. Diagnosing by description of a smell is nearly as hard as describing a color
