Default help - stock spring rate

For the record - Does anyone know our actual stock spring rates?
some say its 200lb/in F and 275lb/in R, but I don't know if thats accurate.

Also it would help if anyone knows the spring rates of

H&R
KG/mm
Eibach
Neuspeed
Comptech sport
tanabe sustec pro (these springs are on sale at Nopi for 250)

I'd like to see who comes closest to the stock spring rate

Thanks!!

Cliff

I looked for it in the Helms manual and it's not in there.

thanks cdelena for that link, it was helpful in giving me the stock spring rates, but as for the H&R's and bilsteins I think those spring rates refer to the springs in their full suspension system packages. I'm not sure, but I'd imagine that their lowering sport springs (the cheap ones that are under $400) have different spring rates.
