Help: What to get AEM CAI V2 or Comptech CAI?
I am currently in the market for intakes and trying to decide w/c intake is best for my car
. I've done a search but did not find any comparison with the new v2 intake. Any inputs on this will be much appreciated!

Thanks for the response! I think that is a goos idea Chiung! SInce the V2 is so new, I am sure a lot of people want to know how it differs from other intakes. Also pics of it on the car would really help!
chiung, sure
i'll try to take as many pics as i can. My last intake was a PRM so i'll be interesting to go to an aem v2, im expecting a smoother pull withouth hesitation around 4k.
*now i just have to wait*

The Comptech Icebox Air Intake System makes me happy.
Reason's why I went with Comptech CAI:
~Won't suck up water
~Re-usable filter element
~Proven performance gain
First impressions:
~Car felt more responsive (butt-dyno)
~Mean, growling noise at WOT
~Nice Carbon fiber lid
S2000 Stock Airbox vs. Comptech dyno -
Peak: RPM / Stock HP / Comptech Airbox HP
8200 / 210hp / 215hp
Peak: RPM / Stock Torque / Comptech Airbox Torque
6400 / 143.8 / 148.0

thank you for your response paivag! very useful info. I am sold! I am going with the comptech intake, also because the installation is not as bad as the AEM plus no cutting involved.
