Default Help WTF did I do?

I'll try to be as brief but informative at the same time, I'm stressing. My car was just worked on for 2 months, took apart & cleaned a ton, replaced some sensors and other random parts that needed attention; really brought the car to better than its ever been in my 4 years of ownership. It sounded and drove better than I even knew the S2K could run to be honest upon completion. Now dilemma.

2 Days ago - Super bad intersection, blind spots, elderly pedestrian in a wheel chair, who I am begging to cross in front of me first so I can take my time in this intersection implores me to go first, I'm an idiot and try to do so.... No accident, but IDK HOWWWWW TF I did this other than mistakes happen once in a blue...... I either went first to fourth, or started in third to fourth. (immediately corrected after a half a second in gear) Everything I described was within split seconds, I didn't almost hit a car or anything worse, but it admittedly somehow got me to f* up my shift that bad.

Ever since then, its gotten progressively worse. It had the OBVIOUS bog you would get from being in way too high a gear..and started with what seemed a little knock on idle that would kick in (misfire maybe?) and a little bog if I was accelerating through the band that would kick in and then fight through...

Yesterday - Drive 30 mins, its gotten bad now. Idle is normal but then kicks in rough, vibration, muscle car like. Its almost scares me to put in 6th on the highway bc of how it feels. Its just heavy and boggy and bad. I drove it the 30 mins home and let her sit overnight, posting now.

Any and all help please on wtf I could've done, I've owned a stick since the first car I've ever driven, I've never mangled a shift so bad. I haven't worked since March and just dropped a bunch getting her to here, hopefully I didn't ROYALLY f* up

Bogging it like that should not hurt anything. So I dont think that is what caused any of this.

I cant hear any sound on your video.

Upload the video to youtube.

I can't really get much of a description of the problem you're seeing based off your initial post, how often is it happening? How long is it happening for? Is it constantly like that? Does it change if you're accelerating etc etc.

Are you using AC? Maybe your AC compressor is tying up and it's bogging down your motor whenever the compressor clutch engages? Had this happen on my b series before, it ran like ass whenever the AC kicked on.

If it had issues then the heavy load of the high gear shift could have progressed that issue.

OP: Does it change when you press the clutch? Aka sound rough and then stop, or vice versa?
