Rate sounds about right. However, as mentioned, see if you can get some local S2K guys to help out, depending on what you need. You may be able to do it yourself as well, especially with such a useful DIY section on the forum.

Dealers, in general, not just Honda, all of them, charge the most, have the most horror stories of botched work, and are most likely to blame you for their errors.

Most non-car people think the dealer is going to have the best quality repairs. The truth is almost 180 the opposite.

Most dealers have at least 1 good technician. Best bet is to find out who and request only they work on your vehicle.
