The Honda S2000 engines lifetime is longer than Nissan 350Z engines? Honda make better quality engine or higher rpm=lower lifetime? Cylinder wall, pistons and the engine`s material are same or different quality? What do you think about this?

It depnds upon your time at hig revs factor. Clearly the S2000 experiences higher friction forces upstairs than "normal engines".

"Honda has further refined its DOHC VTEC system, increasing output through higher engine speeds and reducing friction losses by 70 per cent, all within a more compact package."

"The adoption of a roller in the area in contact with the camshafts helps further reduce friction losses. At the same time, inertial moment has been reduced through a more compact design that integrates the sliding pin used to operate the cam profile switch into the roller structure."

"A world-first metal injection moulding process has been adopted to obtain the higher precision rocker arm finish required by the roller-type co-axial VTEC design. "

It makes better than "normal" engine, or not affect the lifetime?

The Nissan V6 is one of the best and most reliable V6 engines made. Of course Honda makes great engines but the F20C engine is a little bit more stressed than the Nissan.

As a rule of thumb (and all else being equal) the more power you get out of any given displacement the less life you will get out of the engine. Now this is not to say that the Honda F20C won't last as long as the Nissan because Honda has taken great pains to beef up this engine with high end parts. Things like the roller valve train and forged crank, rods and pistons allow a high output with good reliability. That being said theoretically a 200 HP F20C would last longer than a 240HP version because everything else would be equal and the engine would be less stressed.

While the Nissan engine is less stressed due to producing less HP per liter I really don't know if the quality of components are on par with those used in the Honda. It is a great engine so I would think the fact that it is less stressed, is a 6 cylinder (better inherent ballance) and the power is divided over 6 cylinders instead of only 4 and it revs less that it probably would theoretically last longer than the Honda.

How long that is is anyones guess but I would not worry about either of them.

Wow, you know this is a pretty tough question to answer at this point. Why don't you ask me in say 10 years.

I would agree with Bieg's assessment. Odds would favor the Nissan; however, I personally have no desire to own a 350z for a lifetime, as I do the S2000!

I didn't say it had perfect inherent balance I said it was better than an inline 4. A 90 degree V6 IS better ballanced than an inline 4.
