hey guys. so i got out of the car after parking and pressed the lock key twice to hear the horn sound and make sure its locked. but it sounds muffled and is not as loud as before. my friend noticed it as well, i thought it was only me. any suggestions?

EDIT: btw, where are they located? do i have to take off the bumper or can i access them without doing that?

 

so i found out that it might be because water got into it. i did go through this huge puddle that was taking up like two lanes. it was fairly deep and i think water splashed into it when i was going through. will the water dry out or will i have to drain it manually?
