I'm having some concerns that my diff isn't working right. Are there any simple tests that I can do to check for myself before I take it in to the dealer?

What kinds of concerns? What do you suspect is wrong? What Mike has described will only tell you if the LSD is OK.

Well, I had the rear end jacked up double checking the bolts on my exhaust and I remembered that a friend had mentioned that test before.

So, I spun one wheel but the other one didn't move. When I spun the passenger side, nothing happend on the drivers. When I spun the drivers, the passenger moved about an inch then stoped. Any other suggestions? Do I have a bad diff. It's been a while since I changed the diff fluid. Could that be it?

Is it possible that you have the car in neutral? Put the car in gear and try again and tell us what happens.

The diff fluid should be changed annually on this car regardless of what the owner's manual says. This car's diff is a weak link and takes quite a beating.

Now that I think about it, the car was in neutral. I ASSumed that the wheels wouldn't spin if the car was in gear.
