I too was having idle issues at stops for a couple weeks now. Recently, The car would die once the clutch was pressed. This prompted me to a solution which I found here. And what do you know, NegCamber, a JAX local and good friend of mine wrote this article. It worked for me. Hope it works for you all.
Don't forget to reset your ECU after performing the test. This didn't completely fix my issue until doing so.

One observation:
The roller valve uses 2 small sealed roller bearings.
Usually, sealed bearings are greased for life.
If you use (a lot of) solvent to clean out the ICV you might also wash out the grease of the roller bearings.
I noticed the solvent running out one bearing, because I also removed the "motor".
You could drop a little oil on the inside of the ICV on the 2 bearings to give them some lube.
Btw.. removing the motor is not recommended.
First: you need a 5 point torx driver, I've never seen one.
I ended up cutting a groove in the bolt so I could use a flat screwdriver - I replaced the bolts with internal hex head M4's.
Second: the position of the motor is adjustable, and so is the position of the rotary valve.
So you need to make sure you put it back in the right position.
On the bright side, if your idle is still shaky you could change the position of the motor to see if it changes the idle behavior.

my car does this sometimes randomly. maybe once every 15 stops. with the a/c on it's a different story entirely, the engine bogs on the verge of stalling. I also have to give it more juice on the get go from a stop or it bogs hard and almost stalls. need to try this IAC cleaning I guess. bad compressor maybe? a/c still blows cold but it drags on the engine way too hard. any suggestions?
