How to do a coolant flush?

Okay... keep in mind my noobness, but I just got the car... 01 with 10K miles. I want to flush the fluids. What is the proper procedure for flushing coolant? I know this: I ain't payin no 100 bucks to have Jerk my Jiffy lube do it! Thanks for the help!

I can't be of any help, but damn that's extra low miles for an '01!

There is a whole section right at the top of this forum that has everything. It's even labeled DIY and FAQ's.
