How Do I Pull The Rear Tray Out???
The rear tray is the piece under the convertible top, when it is open. I've alrady removed the small panel that is above and behind it.
I've removed all of the retaining clips, but I don't think it will fit between the roll hoop covers and the convertible top.
Should I try to lift the front and bring it out through the trunk?
I'm also going to try to gradually lower the top, and maybe I can get it out over the roll hoops, but I don't think so.
Does anyone know tyhe proper way to do it???

You have to get to it with the top up from inside. there are clips all around the outside edge. Get those out and it will come out in two pieces. Very simple and a 5 minute job. Greg got his done this past weekend to get to the fuel pump for his SC install. If he can do it anyone can.
Thanks, guys. I figured it out.
The proper way is to take out all of the clips, and remove it through the trunk, after removing the trunk panels.
I need it out, to remove the rear console, which has to come out to properly remove the roll hoop covers.
This is all related to my new interior project. All of the pieces will eventually go back in. Some of the pieces will get a covering that looks like carbon fiber. If it's possible, I'll do it all with the CF covering, but I know the company doesn't really want to do any of this stuff, so I'll take what I can get. It's all experimental, and I may have to replace all of the pieces that we work on with new ones if it doesn't come out good, so wish me luck!
