im asking because when i have my tsb's performed i am considering swaping out the stock flywheel with an aftermarket one (toda) the toda wheel weighs 3.8kg aprox. 8.5lbs... any of you have a lightened flywheel installed? does it really make a difference in terms of rpms raising/dropping faster?

I think the stock unit is about 14 pounds. I installed a Toda when Honda had the transmission out for work. Bought it based upon recommendations here but was prepared to be disappointed.. I was not! I was quite surprised and pleased with the result and feel the car drives much better.

 

I was told it was 15lbs.
