hello, does anybody know how to remove the stock airbox? Or can anyone scan me that page on the helms manual? yes, ive searched through 121 pages but couldnt find anything on this forum. thanks

You're kidding us right? I mean if you can't just look at that stock airbox and figure out how to remove it without a picture to look at then put down the tools and step away from the fast car.

You might have mentioned that in your initial post. Then you wouldn't have come across as cheap.

 

OK, I'm a sucker for punishment.

-Take the lid off.
-Pull off and remove the filter.
-detach the solenoid that's screwed on the side of the box (one screw).
-Remove the 3 large bolts you'll find if you just look down around the outer edges of the base.
Now, if you'll be removing the rubber intake hose from the throttle body, just go look at it. It'll be as plain as the nose on your face.
Sometimes, it's just easier to go take a good look. It's not like doing a valve job.

 

but to add to what he said

remove the MAP sensor on top of the throttle body before you take off the rubber intake hose.

this precaution was mentioned in the Comptech CAI installation instructions.
