1. Open the TB, remove part of the CAI pipe and let the water drip out.
2. Remove all coilpacks and plugs, and open the bonnet
3. Crank the engine a few times maybe 2 to 3 times

^ Its likely at this point it will shoot out of the holes at a very high pressure.

Hopefully now put all back together cleaning plugs+coilpacks etc and clean plugs. Change the oil and oil filter with crap'ish oil and run for say 10 miles. Now then change oil filter and oil again this time with good stuff hopefully your good to go.

Hopefully you aint bent the rods.

Good luck

This is the proper way to do. Only thing I'd add is wait a day or two for all the water in the cylinders to evaporate. Do this with the plugs out.

This is exactly why I got rid of my CAI. I couldn't even wash the car without water getting in the throttle body.

Waiting is the worst thing you can do...the rings and valve seats will rust.

Get it running as soon as possilble. This will oil the rings and dry out the cyls 100%

I never had these issues w/ my V2. Few things I DONT do:

* Let my car sit in the rain.
* Go fast through puddles/flooded dips.
* Point high pressure water close to the filter on car washes.

I drive in pouring rain a lot and all good.
