Hyper Ground System and Hyper Voltage System

If I hadn't done a similar test myself, I would have just left this alone. However, you have failed to realize that the "running" voltage of this car fluctuates between around 13.8V to 14.1V. The fact that you found a steady running voltage of 12V tells me something is fishy with your story. No S2000 will have an operating voltage of 12. In fact, if you have a "resting" voltage of 12, you had better begin to suspect that your battery is on its last legs.
I'm afraid you've bought into the "sales hype" of these grounding kits. Oh, did you know that Spoon also makes a set of "special" heavy duty, high performance rear differential mounts for over $600.00? They try to tell us that our mounts are a weak link. Sorry, but out of the in excess of 50,000 S2000s in the world today, very few diff mounts have failed.
Someone made a statement that if these don't work, then why did they use stuff like this on their Spoon car? You're kidding me, right? This one doesn't even deserve a response.
As for "noise", it is my belief that ground wires aren't the things that reduce noise. It is the amount and type of "shielding" in POWER wires that do this. Additionally, sensors operate in a "range" of acceptable signal. If they are out of range, the ECU will throw a light. Having a minute variation won't necessarily result in a dramatic way in which the ECU runs the engine.
I wonder how much "crap" they put on "company cars" with the express purpose of selling this stuff in the market place.

I am such an idiot. I measure the voltage in 14V....... sorry for giving out wrong info. I'm just stressed from work I didn't know what I was thinking

Although I would tend to not hold a great deal of faith in any product that produces gains within the error of a dyno**, there is one clear good point to these kinds of mods. That would be the "feel good" result of the person who buys them and installs them. Sometimes we forget that modding a car goes beyond performance gains and that how the owner "feels" is just as important. I know of a young man who simply goes "ga-ga" over the next neat thing that the tuner shop owner shows him. It gives him great joy to go down and plunk down money to buy it and put it on his S2000. It may not make his car perform any better, but he feels and thinks that it does. What's wrong with a good fantasy now and then.
**We see published numbers like 2 to 3 whp gain from such a grounding kit. We must remember that this may be only 1 or 2 "best" runs on a dyno. We cannot overlook the possibility that 5 other runs may have registered 1 - 2 whp LOSS! Of course a company will post only the good numbers if they plan to sell product.
Not one person has any proof that it does or doesn't do anything.
SMOOTH976- NO I don't buy into marketing hype. I don't even have any of that crap on my car. You have been around for 61 days. You DONT'T KNOW $HIT! I have 300 WHP and NO grounding kit. Back to were you came from TROLL.
