There have been several large discussions about such kits. It has been proven in the past that these kits work on some cars. However, I don't believe anyone has ever definitively proved or disproved that they work on the S. I was considering doing a similar mod myself, but I don't think the S is poorly grounded and you might gain 1 or 2 horsepower if any. You do have to be careful when installing the grounds, I would suggest when you attach the ground to the head that you do so away from the distributor. If you don't you could actually decrease horsepower and torque. It would be nice to get some actual results proving or disproving that this type of mod works on the S.

Pivot carries a "super earth" ground system, but it hasn't been dyno'ed yet.

The analogy that has been used before is that adding a "hyper ground" system is no different than changing your spark plugs or oil. There shouldn't be any real noticeable gains unless there was an existing problem, ie. corrosion.

About 6 months ago, I replaced the 8 gauge factory ground cables on my 00 Si with 4 gauge Monster cable that I've had laying around to see if I could notice a difference. There was no noticeable difference.

Definitely check out MacGyver's thread... and like he said, lets put this all to rest.
