As a long time owner of the first Spoon knockoff (IDI snorkel) I have been very happy with my setup. I don't have that much debris in my airbox either. If this design is produced I would probably purchase it because it retains the stock air guide. Also, I have a grill cover in my bumper that may reduce air into my snorkel. This would eliminate that issue.

really appears to be a good thing and perhaps not too expensive or difficult to instal...would like to see it produced and hear from new owners after install as to the benifits.

what about drilling a 2" hole in that corner of the airbox, on the side? same effect, but with less restriction right? opinions?
