Default I just changed diff fluid (10 years old fluid) look my drain plug

Here is what look like my diff drain plug before and after. Previous owner never changed diff fluid (6 years ownership), it's possible fluid had never been changed.

I read it could be good to change fluid again soon, new fluid my clean inside diff dirt... I will post when I will do it...

Looks pretty normal for delayed first change... nothing to worry about.

All normal. and you will never have a perfectly clean plug, it will always have little bits of crap on it.

Normal even for a 1 year fluid change, depending on usage. In Canada, we use "Wear Check Inc." in Mississauga.

It doesn't look bad , but I would do a short run to get the cleaning process working for you. You may find some sludge material come out on the next drain like I've seen happen on my diff, particularly if you use a high quality synthetic on the current fill with superior cleaning qualities.
