Thumbs down I NEED SOME HELP ASAP!

Got me a problem. Yuba City Honda managed to jam my piston into my brake caliper. I have a run at Thunderhill tomorrow. They have a nice new '06 or '07 S sittin' in the showroom. Anyone know of any differences in the calipers between those and a MY00 S2K? They can't get a caliper today, and I don't have the time to wait until tomorrow. Maybe I can have them do a swap???

and i highly doubt they will allow you to do a swap.

their protocol for causing this problem is to just wait for another caliper to come in...not to take one from a new car they are trying to sell

Guess what. They had the other S outta the showroom and ready to go on the rack. Loooooooooong story short, they got it fixed and I told them I wanted a NEW caliper next week. They ACTUALLY GUARANTEED me that they would. BTW, the parts (calipers) are identical on both MY's. The fittings are the same, according to them, anyway. Same part numbers, too.
