Billman I swear to god, I was working on a crv for a no start issue, sure enough alternator was seized, and it wouldn't pop start.

Alright, so update, I took the belt off and everything spun freely. The flywheel WOULD spin, but only 1 rotation. So it seems that as it hits that point on the rotation, it get stuck or jammed, so is it more likely to be debris that's jammed in there that I couldn't get out, or more likely the cylinder wall/piston are damaged? I wouldn't imagine the piston is too damaged if it can move that much, but maybe the cylinder wall is bent? Or scarred up too much?
