No, Idle speed is controlled by the DBW system by moving the throttle plate.

thx guys. ive been having the bad idle problem. and read about cleaning the iacv. ive tried new map, cleaned throttle body, and plugs good. for dbw, any other suggestions?

Could be bad gas? Maybe a dirty fuel filter?
