idels problems and clucth problems

i have 2 little problems :

1) the car idels ( btw 500-700 not even that) and the engine tries to go off

2) the clucth is sticky, how to make that smooth?

Maybe you could elaborate a little? Year, mileage, mods? Intermittant?

the car is a 00 with only 31k miles, and the clutch was change 2 months ago...
