I have cleaned and reset the IACV in the past so the idle is perfect, but still often erratic with the AC on. Suggestions?

 

New MAP sensor if yours is still original. Whack/ziptie was not sufficient for my 18-year-old part; replacement fixed a maddeningly intermittent misfire, but also improved idle, throttle tip-in, A/C cycling, and overall smoothness.
