Default Idle Air Control Valve - OEM or Autoparts store brand?

Hey guys,

I tried cleaning my IACV a while back to address some idling issues that my car has been having. My car finally today threw the Check engine / IACV code. I've checked the connections and that wasn't it. I'm just going to replace the part as I've had my car over 11 years and really have never had to do anything to it.

So should I replace it with an OEM Honda part? As near as I can tell the price from Honda is about $215. I can get one online (non OEM) for $125.

Do you think it matters if I replace this part with a factory part?

OEM if you don't mind the cost.
