Default Idle speed question- ICV

Does anyone have a step by step for removing and cleaning the ICV? I think it is the reason why my cars idle will not remain stable. My idle wants to remain around 3K or stall. If I hit the gas too hard and fast, it will drop so low that it will stall. If I am light and gentle on the throttle, it will raise to 3k; even if I did not bring the RPMs that high. Has anyone experienced this problem? If so, WHAT IS IT? I am so done with this. Oh, I forgot, this started after I replaced the intake with a cold air fugita f5 intake (pimp). Any info will help-THX

Try searching "IAC" Idle Air Control Valve. Also if you just switched your intake, your ECU may still be trying to learn/compensate. Good Luck.
