I am aware of individuals putting AP2 cams in their AP1s and seeing decreased top end performance. I am not aware of anyone yet that has mixed AP1 and AP2 cams. If you are out there please speak up.
I feel the AP1 intake along with the AP2 exhaust would give the best results. My tuner and several friends disagree and think the best combination would be the AP2 intake cam along with the AP1 exhaust cam.
The F20C intake cam has more duration and lift. The F22C exhaust cam has 2 degrees less duration (the same at .050) but more lift. Less duration results in less overlap and is advantageous for supercharged applications.
CAM YEAR *********** Timing at Zero Lash *** Timing at 0.050 Lash ** Lift inches ****mm

Why not install them in both the combinations you mentioned and dyno the car?
Even better if possible: dyno the engine.
Sometimes logic is not working as it logically should.
