Default Idling problem

I have a 2002 s2000, recently it has been acting up with very low idle at stop sometimes and slow rpm back down to idle problems as well as when barely pushing on gas feels like car is getting no gas and when in low gears will start to hesitate and "jump" I guess you could say, I have replaced MAP sensor and cleaned idle control valve. I have heard it could be bad or failing cat, what do you guys think it could be? Thank you

There is a very specific process for cleaning the iacv on these cars. Did you follow that process, or just spray some cleaner in it and called it good? Search for cleaning diy, follow it, then report back.

Also sounds like vacuum leak symptoms. Check pcv valve. Look for leaking vacuum hoses. Look for leak around IM to block and TB to IM.

Spending $100 and 10 minutes to replace the iacv w/ a new one brought the car back to life from similar symptoms.
