Ignition chirping when door is closed and no keys
Story : I haven't driven my S2K in 3 weeks and is sitting on a battery tender. Woke up to a 52 degree Sunny Seattle day (RARE!), went out and try to turn it on, barely any juice! It's been on the battery tender all this time and I unplugged the tender before trying to crank it.
Symptom : No battery. For some weird reason, after I try to crank it, got out of my cars with my keys in my hand, closed the door, the car still make the chirping/beep sound, as if the key is still in the ignition with the door open. I think this was the reason why the battery drained. But it wasn't making any chirping noise the past 3 weeks until after I try to crank it today. The car has been sitting in my garage untouch.
Any ideas what could be going on?

What does "Symptom: No battery" mean? Does the engine crank at all? What if you just turn the headlights on? Are they normal brightness or dim? What is the battery voltage with headlights off and then with them on?
One possibility is a dead cell in the battery. Using a battery tender doesn't stop a battery from eventually wearing out and a cell failing.

When i cranked earlier this morning, the lights were all dim. So the battery was nearly dead. Before leaving for work, I unplug the battery from the car and left it on the battery tender/charger. I will hook it back later this evening to see if I still have that problem.

Check the electrolyte level in the battery. I would not be surprised if you find that at least one cell is very low.
How old is the battery? I have a feeling you are going to end up replacing it.

Thanks for the prompt reply. It's an Optimal Yellow Top battery with a manufacture date of April 2016, so the battery isn't that old. Also arent yellow top design to last longer than normal battery? Or should I go and try to get my money back lol.

I have no experience with Optima batteries but agree that on the surface it sounds like the battery isn't too old. And aren't they sealed so there's no way for you to check/add electrolyte?
Use a DVM to measure battery voltage with no load and then with load (e.g. headlights on) and let us know what you find. It still sounds like a failed battery.

Well turns out my newly 1 year old Optima Yellow Top was at 6 volt and was pretty much dead. Got a new one and the car cranked no issue. The door chirping without the keys went away. I guess low voltage causes the S2K to make weird sounds...
