Injector Recommendations?
I have talked to a couple of shops and some say 440 injectors will be fine for my setup and others say I need 550s. I will post my setup and see if anyone has recommendations.
Stock motor
Comptech Supercharger
Comptech Aftercooler
Comptech Header
RC Racing exhaust
4 in. underdrive pulley, that should boost about 7.5 psi.
Toda Lightened Flywheel
ACT Clutch
Comptech Reinforced rear end
Rick's 4.44s
Test Pipe
On 93 Octane, I'm guessing I hoping for about 320 - 330 rwhp.
I have a set of 440 injectors uninstalled. I think I will need to go with the 550s but I'm looking for some advice.
Thanks

im a bit lost. You say you're going to make 330rwhp at 7.5 psi? Ummm.....how? With those list of mods, I honestly dont see 330rwhp happening with 93 octane...with 110 and a lot of timing advance...still not 330. But please to post any further mods that is letting you reach that goal.
But for that range of HP, 440cc does make it. But I'd opt for the 550's because you're getting pretty close to maxing out those injectors.

Assuming you have no other fuel management (none listed) how does it idle with the 440's?
I would've thought an E-manage or AEM ECU would be beneficial for your set up and make it much easier to achieve the power you are looking for.

im with my buddy kane there 320-330 with 7.5 is not realistic,,, well unless you get 12:1 comp. pistons but then you also run the car for 1/4 mile at a time.... rebuild at a time that is!
Well, I guess Comptech must have lied to Car and Driver.
Anyway, I get what I can get. 300- 330, whatever.
I'm not asking for advice on how much horsepower the car will make. Just the injector size.
I will be happy with over 300 since I will be getting it a lot faster with the Lightened flywheel and the gears.

Can you read the article again and tell me if its 320rwhp or just 320 at the crank. It's just too far on the impossible side to me. The parasitic drivetrain loss from a S/C just shouldnt allow it. Not to mention the detenation that would occur to make power like that from timing changes on even 93 octane on a stock F20C. If you can, could you please scan and post the article itself for us to read...if it isnt asking too much. I am honestly very intrigued by this.
You already got your answer for the injector size 440cc's will be pretty close to maxing out at 330rwhp. About 85-90% i'd be guessing. So you can either go with 440 or to be safe go 550.
