I just installed the Injen cold air intake, and for some reason it will randomly throw a check engine light. I disconnected the battery for about 2 hours then went and tested it ( brought it to 9 grand a couple times) and it threw a check engine light. So i disconnected the battery again for 5 seconds then drove 50 miles like a grandma and it was fine for the whole night. Then i go to drive it this morning and throws a check engine at start up. Does anyone kno the reason y this happens??

 

Pull the code. My guess is you got some hoses hooked up wrong during the install.

 

yeah i checked out "the ulitmate check engine light thread" that i missed (sry bout that) and i switched the lines. No CEL but i got a lil bit of a rough idle. But well see what happens later on.
