Default Inline Pro Kit Owners

I was wondering if any of you have changed your oil and if so, was the proceedure the same as a normal oil change?

Do you guys have any clear pics of the frame next to the turbo?

Have any of you guys calculated what the compression ratio would be yourself with a 3mm gasket?

according to John Lee (inline pro owner) it drops the compression to 9:1.

I haven't changed my oil yet.

I don't have any pics of the frame next to the turbo and you probably wouldn't want to see them. It looks terrible. I need to do something about it.

Yep, I heard 9:1.

I'm sure chris knows what CR is stated about their gasket from them. But has anyone else done the math to figure out the CR on a 3mm gasket on this car? You know...to double check.

I'm very interested myself in seeing detailed pics of the turbo itself installed in the car.

I had a 3mm head gasket made of copper on my car a long time ago, and I used a program made (distributed) by JE which determines compression ratios based on bore, etc etc, and it determined that the new compression ratio would be 10.2:1..... That is why I asked that question.

Thanks

Chris

Chris,

could you please detail the equation that the program uses so I can run it by Stan over at inline pro to see where their numbers and yours differ. Thanks

Honestly it's been a couple years, I just remember the results. Do you have any info on how this is calculated? There is a car in Memphis which has this kit on it which I am involved in tuning with...

Thanks

Chris

Got in touch with cometic, they said ~3mm gasket = 9:1

So our numbers were a little skewed. Funny thing is that when I tried different CR calculators, they spewed out different numbers even with the same input. Crazy
